  • Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

    No. Owner has the option to accept Section 8.
  • Are you licensed?

    Yes.
  • Can I reach you after hours?

    Yes.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes. ACH.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    Not necessary for the owner to sign the lease. Owners have access to the lease at any time.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    Yes. I am a licensed real estate agent in VA.
  • How and when do I get my checks?

    All rent money is paid through ACH. Rent is paid within 2 business days from the 5th of the month as long as payment has cleared.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    Rent is paid online.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    The length of the lease is the owner’s decision. Typically 12 months.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    Based up background check. One month’s rent minimum.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    As soon as your ready. Would need to preview the property.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    Small multifamily and residential.
  • What type of reports do I get and how often?

    You can receive reports as often as you desire.
  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    My company, Keller Williams holds the deposit.
